Third Grade - Reader's Theatre
March 7, 2024
Last week our third graders performed spectacular show for their Reader's Theatre performance of Cinderella: A Modern Makeover.The performance was directed by our Lower School Music Teacher, Dace Samta, with help from our beloved retired first grade teacher, Louise Yapp. We would like to extend a special thanks to their dedicated teachers, Mrs. Flowers, Ms. Tropp, and Ms. Metzcus, along with our Lower School Division Director, Katie McDougall.
Set in an ecologically minded kingdom, our Cinderella's journey found her striving to secure the coveted position of Environmental Director in Prince Charming's realm. Filled with humor and heart, this modern twist on a classic story was the perfect way to showcase our third graders and their immense talent. We hope you laughed and loved this performance as much as we did!
